​Jinie Pak, PhD

Currently, I am a clinical associate professor in the department of computer and information science at Towson University. I have earned my PhD degree from the Information Systems Department at University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). My research areas mainly focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Decision Support Systems (DSS). Specifically, I am working on deception detection in computer mediated communication by integrating information technology, human computer interaction and traditional sociological theories and findings.
